Pricing & orders
How much does LaunderEase cost?
Standard next-day service is $0.99/lb ($25 minimum). Express same-day is $1.79/lb ($35 minimum). LaunderEase+ members pay $0.79/lb with no minimums.
How do I know how much my laundry weighs?
A typical full hamper is about 10 lbs. Or snap a photo in the app and our AI estimates weight and price before you book.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Pickup, delivery, detergent, and stain treatment are included in your per-pound price. Oversized items are a flat $7 each.

Do I need to be home?
No — leave your bags out and track everything in the app. You get a text when your Pro is 10 minutes away.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve metros across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. See our Service Areas page for the full list.
Can I get same-day service?
Yes — Express orders placed by 10am are delivered by 9pm the same day.
Care & protection
Who washes my clothes?
Background-checked, identity-verified, fabric-care-certified LaunderEase Pros. Your load is never mixed with anyone else's.
What if something is damaged or lost?
$100 per-garment / $500 per-order protection is included free, with optional coverage to $2,500. Claims resolve in-app within 48 hours.
Can you handle delicates and special care?
Yes — flag items in the app for cold wash, air dry, hang-dry, or no fabric softener. Preferences save automatically for future orders.
