Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Most customers leave bags at the door. You get a text when your Pro is 10 minutes out, plus a scan confirmation at pickup.
What should I put my laundry in?
Any bag works for your first order — we deliver your laundry back in reusable LaunderEase bags you keep for future pickups.
Can I schedule recurring pickups?
